Manage organization as part of a 3 person collective; Manage communications, grant writing, fundraising and staff team; Care for 200 chickens and 1⁄4 acre of organic vegetables; Lead Jewish rituals and organize to build Jewish ritual communities and networks; Plan and facilitate off-grid community programs including Rosh Chodesh farm days, Shabbatonim, and annual multiple day Sukkot festival; Run year long Cultural Organizing Team leadership development program.

Director of Organizational Change, Isabella Freedman. Falls Village, CT—October 2017 – January 2020

Managed scheduling, staffing, training and orientation for retreat center, serving groups from 10-300 year round; Managed change projects at the organizational level including how we collect and utilize evaluation data, facilitate all staff meetings and cross-departmental process, improve authority and communication across the org; Improved staff culture through planning and facilitating staff retreats for diverse multi-racial, class and gender diverse staff of 50; Coordinated and managed work trade program of 100 participants per season.
